Since August 12th, when we were matched my couple has worked very hard to find the perfect donor. I can not imagine how hard it has been for them. After a few small set backs. The 3rd donor decided to walk away.....
So my couple were able to find already donated eggs that fit there needs. And the eggs have been shipped to the clinic here in Colorado.
My medical records are sitting on the Doctors desk.
The clinic closes for 2 weeks during the holidays. But once they receive the eggs, they will turn them into embryos and do genetic testing, which takes about two weeks. During this time I will go through my medical screening and all the legal stuff. Things should move quicker now. Just an idea, but looking at end of February or beginning of March. To start medication and set a transfer date. I am so excited we are moving on and can not wait to share this pregnancy with my couple.
